22nd Annual Special Race for Special Kids Troop 41 Annial Community Service Project Mark you Calendar for Sept. 10th

  • Race Date: Sundy September 10th, 2006

    Time: Arive 11:00 to help Special Kids with registration. Race will be over about 2pm

    Practice Date: Saturday-September 9th, 11AM untill Noon. All first time Boy Scout driver

      must
    participate.

    This is our yearly Service Project and all boys are expected to participate. It takes all our boys small and large plus 15 adults to make this SoapBox Derby Race run on time and smoothly. The Special Race is mainstreamed between two races.

      We need cars handlers, drivers, van unloaders, Special racers lifted into cars, and many other jobs.

      Each Scout will receive:Group Plaque and the satisfaction of helping children that could never be part of the SoapBox Derby race without our help.

      Awards Night:,SUNDAY,September 24th at Holy Apostles Gym. We need a group of boys to help with seating racers and serving them cake and punch.
