2009 - 2010 District Happenings
This is a "mini sale" as compared to the Fall fund raiser. The products are coming from the same two venders and the 40% profit goes
directly to the boys. The council will handle the individual accounts for the boys so they can use the money towards anything purchased
through our council such as camp fees and uniform supplies. Since the council is handling all funds our Pack has decided that they
will not collect any money raised. The parents are asked to write one check to PAC and I will collect these at our 4/21 Pack meeting
since the due date to the council is shortly after. I should then have time to enter the orders into the computer system and deliver
the checks to the council office. The orders will be available for pick up at the council office on Bluemound Rd. mid May but I do
not have a schedule for that event as of yet. Since this is an individual fund raiser the council has asked that each boy who participates
should attend the pick up event because of a "Fill 'er Up" contest they will be announcing winners of. If for some reason a family
cannot attend the pickup event I would be willing to help but they would need to speak to me ahead of time. I can be reached by calling:

be handing them out ASAP since the boys can start fund raising 3/26.
